We took a two-month break from ministry to prepare for our departure – it was a meaningful time going on holidays with family and friends. We also had a supporters’ gathering on 21 June evening (see photos below) – We are thankful for our home church leadership, agency representative, family and friends who attended and for the opportunity for us to share God’s call for us towards missions in Thailand. We are heartened by the support and encouraged to go on this next chapter of God’s story for our lives.
Most of our time was spent packing, sending, storing, throwing and giving away our things so that we could vacate our flat for rental. Thanks be to God, we managed to find tenants at a good rental rate! Pray that they will be responsible tenants who will take care of our flat. We moved out of our flat one day before OC and moved to the OMF guest home. The photo below is of us on the day we said goodbye to our home.
